Our design process is based on years of experience in fulfilling our clients vision of what their property could be and making it a reality.

We offer superior landscape design services to clients in Pennington NJ, Princeton NJ, Upper Makefield Township PA, Solebury Township PA, Newtown PA, and the neighboring regions.

Landscape Design Process

The process starts with the initial client meeting in which we discuss what the customer envisions for their outdoor space. We will offer suggestions on how to make that a reality. After the meeting, a design proposal is forwarded to the client outlining what the costs are estimated to be for the design phase of the project. Our designs range from simple layouts to fully scaled property landscape plans and the depth of the design reflects the scope of the project discussed in the initial client meeting and their stated goals.

Design Proposal

The design proposal is detailed and explains exactly what is included in our proposal; there are no hidden or added fees. If work exceeds the scope of the initial proposal we will not proceed without a client meeting that discusses why there are additional fees, as well as receiving a signed proposal for the additional design work.

We will meet to review the proposed design, which is when we go over the design features and start to discuss materials. Revisions are often a part of this phase. There will be a second meeting in which we will go over the finished plan. During this meeting the scope, materials and plants are discussed. Our plans include pictures and/or representations of plants, hardscape materials, garden features, fencing and lighting.

Final Design

The final plan is to scale with plant lists and construction details as needed. Our lead designer's favorite projects are those with great customer feedback ensuring that they have the outdoor space they have envisioned.

Build

Once the design has been completed and the plants, hardscape materials, fencing, lighting, and additional features have been selected, we will turn the design into reality! This includes custom planting, masonry work, and installing any lighting, water features, or specialty features that were selected.
